 Very fast and gentle, they cleaned the nozzle in 20 minutes and gave the software. Go today, come tomorrow, they didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anlayamadım bi türlü, onarmaya mı çalışıyolar yoksa parça/yazıcı satmaya mı çalışıyolar... onarım ve parça değişim istatistiklerine bi bakmak lazım?
I can't understand, are they trying to repair or sell parts/printers... have a look at the repair and part replacement statistics ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yazıcımızı teslim ettik, üç saat sonra hazır dediler. Aldık problemi giderilmiş. Hoş sohbet değiller :-) iş odaklılar. Sanırım işlerini iyi yapıyorlar.
We delivered our printer, they said it's ready in three hours. We got the problem fixed. They are not nice chat :-) they are business oriented. I think they do their job well.

They took money without solving my problem and the same problem continues, the service should fix the problem of the printer, but we could not see it, it's a shame for the money I gave
