Bazalardan birini çocuk kilidini aktifken teslim etmişler bize. yaşlı olan babam , kilitli bazayı kaldırdığında mekanizma bozuldu ve kullanıcı hatası olarak rapor edilip 7 aylık garanti kapsamında olan bazanın masrafını bize ödettiler. yazıklar olsun, önce teslim edilen baza, kilitli şekilde teslim edilmez. Açıkçası çok pişman oldum aldığıma . Teknik servisteki insanlara derdimi defalarca anlattığım halde anlamadılar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum ve hakkımıda helal etmiyorum.Bu arada Arzu Eroğlu ben.
 I bought two bases from Yataş. They delivered one of the bases while the child lock was active. When my old father removed the locked base, the mechanism broke down and they reported the user error and paid us the cost of the base, which was covered by the 7-month warranty. shame, the plinth delivered first is not delivered locked. Frankly, I regretted what I received. Even though I told the people in the technical service many times, they did not understand. I definitely do not recommend it and do not halal about me.
