They are very inadequate and uninterested. When you forward your complaint from the call center, they say they are all interested, they will freeze and they will do it, but then there is no caller or asking.

Ürünleri getiren ve kurulumu yapan arkadaşlar son derece titiz ,temiz bir teslimat ve kurulum yaptılar. Kendilerine teşekkür ederim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enza Home İstanbul Gaziosmanpaşa dan koltuk takımı aldık. Siparişi verdikten üzerinden 5 ay geçmesine rağmen hala ürünler tamamlanmadı. Hala eksik parçalar var ve her aradığımız da bu haftaiçi gelecek diye bizi oyalıyorlar. Ve gelen koltuk takımının birinde de düğmesinin sökük olduğunu söyledik onda da fabrikadan geleceğini söylediler. Ne gelen var ne giden... Net bir şey söylemem gerekirse Enza Home PİŞMANLIKTIR.
We bought a sofa set from Enza Home Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa. Although 5 months have passed since placing the order, the products are still not completed. There are still missing parts and they keep us busy because every call we call will come this week. And we said that the button of one of the sofa sets was ripped off, and they said it would come from the factory. There is neither incoming nor outgoing... If I have to say something clear, Enza Home is REGRET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıldız dahi vermem de mecburen seçiyorum. Muhatap olacak kimse yok. Hasarlı ürün (Dorian masa) getirip değişim kaydı oluşturuyorlar. Teslimattan sonra değişim iade mümkün değildir deniyor.
Koşulsuz iade hakkından sanırım habersizler. Ama tüketici hakem heyeti ile haberdar edeceğim kendilerini.
Mobilya alınacak başka firma kalmazsa tercih edebilirsiniz.
Even if I don't give 1 star, I have to choose it. There is no one to deal with. They bring damaged product (Dorian table) and create an exchange record. After delivery, it is said that exchange and return are not possible.
I guess they are unaware of the unconditional right of return. But I will inform them with the consumer arbitration committee.
If there is no other company to buy furniture from, you can choose it.
