M	Muhammed Furkan Oturak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isparta Enza Home dan ağustos ayında 2 şer adet başlık baza ve yatak (Sleep Balance) satın aldık.Kiloma uygun yatağın hangisi olacağı konusunda oradaki yetkili beyefendi bize tavsiyesi üzerine tavsiye ettiği yatağı tercih ettik.Ücreti hemen ödedik ve bize yaklaşık 3 hafta içinde yatağın teslim edileceği bilgisi verildi.Fakat yatakların teslim edilme süresi 2 ayı bile geçti.Sorunlar burada bitmedi.Aldığımız yataklardan birinin yayları 2 ay bile olmadan sırtıma batmaya başladı.Garantiyi aradık yaklaşık 2 hafta sonra geldiler ve bu yatağın benim kiloma uygun olmadığını yaylarda bir sorun olmadığını üst yayların üstündeki döşemelerinin ince olup ezilmesinin normal olduğunu yapabilecekleri birşeyin olmadığını söylediler.Yataşın kaliteli olduğunu düşünüp bu markayı seçtik fakat paramız çöpe gitti buradan yatak aldığımıza pişman olduk kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.Özellikle Isparta Enza Home mağazasının ilgisizliği ve bizi yanlış yönlendirip mağdur etmesinden şikayetçiyim. We purchased 2 headboards and beds (Sleep Balance) from Isparta Enza Home in August. But the delivery time of the mattresses has passed even 2 months. The problems did not end here. The springs of one of the mattresses we bought started to sink on my back without even 2 months. We called the warranty, they came about 2 weeks later and this mattress was not suitable for my weight and there was no problem with the springs on the top springs. They said that their upholstery is thin and crushed is normal and there is nothing they can do. We thought that the yachts were high quality and we chose this brand, but our money went to waste, we regret that we bought a mattress here, I do not recommend it to anyone.
