★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağazadan almış olduğum yemek odası kurulurken masayı deforme ettiler, Enza home servis kaydı oluşturdum. 5 ay boyunca kimse ilgilenmedi. Şuanda sandelyeler açılma yaptı. Şikayetimi ilettim 1 hafta oldu ne arayan var ne soran. Müşteri hizmetlerinin konudan haberi bile yok.
Vaktiniz ve sabrınız çok, kaliteli ürüne ihtiyacınız yok ise gönül rahatlığı ile enzahome tercih edebilirsiniz.
While the dining room I bought from the store was being set up, they deformed the table, I created an Enza home service record. No one cared for 5 months. The chairs are now open. I submitted my complaint, it's been 1 week, no caller or asking. Customer service doesn't even know about it.

Hicbir yeni ürün bir karış ÇAMUR gibi toz ile gelmez. Hicbir urun mağazanın kendi kokusu kokmaz fabrikadan geldiğinde. Ne kullanım kılavuzu ne de montaj şemasi vardi ürünün. Mağazadaki yetkili kişi kaba, ve saygısız. İrsaliye dahi gösteremedi kanit olarak. Bir de dalga geçer gibi bize gönderdikleri dolabın yerine dolabın küçük olanını koymuşlar bakin burada dolap diye. Halbuki bu dolap bizim gördüğümüz dolap kesinlikle değil. Sakin buraya gelmeyin!

İnternettende alsanız bir problem olduğunda müşteri hizmetleri ile görüşüyorsunuz bu bayiden alsanızda aynı. Aldığım L koltuğun kumaşında sorun çıktı. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradık teknik servis gönderdiler koltuğu gördü bu kumaş hatalı dediler aynı koltuğu bu bayi satmaya devam ediyor.
