We rented a car from the airport in Van. At the agency, they helped us in all matters and we were very pleased. First of all, their hospitality and sincere approach made us feel like we were getting in our car at our door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RDV pris contractuellement à 9h pour rendre la voiture, confirmation auprès du loueur initial et des magasins aux alentours de l’horaire d’ouverture (9h aussi), et finalement, personne n’était là, l’agence était fermée… après avoir attendu plus d’1h, nous sommes allés rendre finalement la voiture à l’agence de l’aéroport.
Appointment contractually taken at 9am to return the car, confirmation with the initial rental company and stores around the opening hours (9am too), and finally, no one was there, the agency was closed ... after waiting more than 1 hour, we finally went to return the car to the agency of the airport.
