Türkiye'de Enterprise
1990 yılında kurulan Yes Oto Kiralama A.Ş. 1997 yılından itibaren National Car Rental® Türkiye lisansı ile hizmet vermeye başlamıştır.

I rented a car through their website. When I went to their office at the airport, I was told that they did not provide a vehicle without a plane ticket. The employee stated that he would refund the payment and the money would be deposited back into the account after 48 hours. Even after 7 days, the money was still not refunded and although I contacted customer relations 5 times, I was told that they could not talk to me directly on the phone. a really disgraceful company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavsiye etmiyorum. Arabayı getireceğiz dedikleri saatten 3 saat sonra getirdiler başka planlarımı iptal etmem gerekti. Aracı geri teslim ederken Işıl hanım hiç anlayışlı davranmadı. Ben işyerindeyken gün ortasında arabanızın süresi doldu almamız gerekecek dediler. Gün sonunda teslim etsem olmaz mı işteyim deyince olmaz ekstra para almamız gerek dediler. Normalde bir yıldız verirdim ama verdikleri arabadan memnun kaldım

I do not recommend you to rent a car from this place. They delivered the car 3 hours late from the time that we decided on. When it is time to return to car, they told me that I need to return the car in the middle of the day while I was at work. When I told them that I will return the car after I leave the work, they asked for extra money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olabilecek en iyi araç kiralama deneyimini yaşadım, diyebilirim. Hem müşteri ilgisi mükemmel hem de öğrenmek istediğim her konuda çok detaylı ve doğru bilgi veriyorlar. Aracı kiraladıktan 1 saat sonra bile arayıp memnuniyetimi ve herhangi bir sorun yaşayıp yaşamadığımı sormaları da çok güzel bir davranış. Aracın teslim alındığı ve edildiği noktada da çok yardımcı oldular. Yine gittiğimde aynı yerden kiralayacağım şüphesiz.
Bunlardan bağımsız olarak, kiralama yapacaklara yardımcı olacak iki noktayı belirtmek istiyorum:
İlki, aracı teslim alıp dışarı çıkarken en soldaki gişeden geçmeniz gerektiği. Bu uyarının yazılı olduğu büyük bir tabela yok, neredeyse gişeye gidince öğreniliyor ki bu Ankara'daki genel bir yönlendirme sorunu. İkincisi de şu ki aracı teslim ederken B208-B209 otoparkını bulmak için havaalanı yönünde otoparka girdikten sonra 2 kat aşağı inmelisiniz. Yani normal araçlar için C adlandırması yapılmış olan katta kiralama ofislerinin otoparkı bulunuyor. Bunun da uyarısı girerken değil, indikten sonra karşınıza çıkıyor.
I can say that I had the best possible car rental experience. They both provide excellent customer care and provide very detailed and accurate information on every subject I want to learn. It is also a very nice behavior for them to call even 1 hour after I rented the car and ask about my satisfaction and whether I have any problems. They were also very helpful at the point where the vehicle was received and delivered. I will definitely rent from the same place when I go again.
Regardless of these, I would like to point out two points that will help renters:
The first is that you have to pass through the toll booth on the far left when you pick up the vehicle and go out. There is no big sign with this warning, it is learned almost when you go to the box office, which is a general routing problem in Ankara. The second is that when you deliver the vehicle, you must go down 2 floors after entering the parking lot in the direction of the airport to find the B208-B209 car park. In other words, there is a car park of rental offices on the floor named C for normal vehicles. This warning is not displayed while entering, but after downloading.
