★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdur’un meşhur ceviz ezmesi Ensar’dan alınır demişlerdi. Tavsiye üzerine ben de öyle yaptım. Ancak cevizi daha fazla olabilirdi. Bi de paketleme ve sunum çok başarısız. Alırken paletlere çok dikkat etmemiştim. Ankara’ya hediye olarak getirdiğim dostlara beni mahcup etti. 3. sınıf yolüstü pişmaniye satıcılarının paketleri seviyesinde bir sunum, içindeki ceviz ezmesinin lezzetiyle ve Ensar kuruyemişin imajıyla ters orantılıydı.
They said that Burdur's famous walnut paste is bought from Ensar. I did the same on recommendation. However, it could have been more. Also, the packaging and presentation is very poor. I didn't pay much attention to the pallets when I bought it. It embarrassed me to the friends I brought to Ankara as a gift. A presentation at the level of the packages of 3rd class on-road pastry sellers was inversely proportional to the flavor of the walnut paste and the image of Ensar Nuts.
