Enjoy Rafting

It was a great day and a brilliant family activity. The only thing that took away from it a little was that I felt a little conned. We started the day with rafting. When we arrived at the camp just before we were about to begin, the guide told us we needed appropriate shoes. No flip flops or open toes. My sons had crocs on and they were allowed to go in with those. The rest of us had to buy the shoes at £10 a pair. These are normally £5-£6. We then did rafting which was great and then we stopped for a break and a snack. We had a choice of cheese or potato boreg and drinks. We bought two drinks and three boreg. This cost us £25. The drinks were £3.00 each for Fanta. Non of the prices were listed at the time we bought them. I would go again. It was a lovely day for the family. But it would have been perfect if it wasn't for the price of the extras.

We went on rafting with enjoy rafting and we have fun of our life. We have raft captain Ramco , I believe we can’t have that kinda fun without him. He is polite, informative, good communication skills and Greta person. I recommend Ramco if you are going to book with this company. We loved him.

Good place - more like 3.5. Can be better. No pictures offered to guests at end for sale, no drinking water offered (14km ride). Crew can be more engaging.

Good. But without adrenaline. For family holidays more like. One time meal for free, but any beverage isn't free. The guides and boatmen are super friendly, atmopshere is cheerful.

Worst experience ever! So unorganized, wasted 3 hours of the tour on nonsense, did not know how to organize anything, by the time we had to raft we were so exhausted we lost interest, everyone wad so exhausted and so frustrated. They wanted to cram 16 people in one boat this is not how rafting should be. If you value your time and want want to have a proper rafting experience DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

It was really fun. It is perfect activity in hot days. The river is chill, you'll get a lot of splash from other people/rafts. Guides make lot of jokes, but they are really professionals.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, VERY BAD. Allow me to be thorough; 3 of us booked the Rafting and Buggy package. It started off well and the rafting experience was fun, but then during our second break we were told we would detach from the group and go to the buggies location, basically our rafting trip was cut short even though we were paying more than those who only booked the rafting package. We were picked up by someone on a Jeep Pickup truck who drove recklessly and couldn’t speak a word of English and didn’t understand when we told him to slow down. He dropped us off at the buggy location which was a mechanics shack in the middle of nowhere and then he left. They told us it would be a 5 minute wait but we ended up waiting 30. No one there spoke English or cared to help when we repeatedly asked them to telephone the company and see what’s going on. We waited 30 minutes topless in our swimming trunks and plastic water shoes with no water or phones, even though we specifically asked them before getting on the raft if we would be able to retrieve our belongings from the van before the buggy segment. They lied. Finally someone came to set us up on the buggies and insisted that every 2 should share 1 buggy even though we paid to drive them separately. After insisting to drive separately the man in charge started shouting and said if we don’t ride in twos we have to go back to EnjoyRafting and cancel our ride. We chose to go back and asked for a full refund, they tried convincing us to go to a different buggy location but we refused and requested our refund, we didn’t eat their lunch either. After a very long argument with a bunch of people, they agreed to give us a partial refund and threatened that if we take the full refund they won’t drive us back, which we obviously agreed to since we don’t want to be left stranded.
