★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haftanın hemen 2 günü kesin birşey alırım çalışanların hepsi aşırı derecede ilgili hepsi çok sıcakkanlı. İnsan sırf onların ilgisi için bile gidip alışveriş yapabilir. Ürünler zaten mükemmel neredeyse bütün evimi ordan dizdim. Ayrıca lokasyonu da ankaradaki en güzel olan yer bence.
I get something for sure 2 days a week, all of the employees are extremely interested, all of them are very friendly. One can go and shop just for their attention. The products are already perfect, I almost lined up my whole house there. Also, I think its location is the most beautiful place in Ankara.

Mağaza sorumlusu Gizem Hanım oldukça çözüm odaklı yaklaştı ve diğer mağazaların mağaza sorumlularına göre oldukça bilgili ve ilgiliydi. İademi sorunsuz gerçekleştirdim. English Home'un iade dendiği zaman çalışmayan sistemlerine rağmen bizi mağdur etmedi. Kendisine buradanda teşekkürleri sunarım ve başarılar dilerim.
I went to the English Home Alacaatlı branch on 29.08.2021 to return the shopping I made from Istanbul in Ankara. The store manager, Gizem Hanım, was very solution-oriented and compared to the store managers of other stores, she was very knowledgeable and interested. I made my return without any problems. Despite English Home's systems that didn't work when it came to returning, it didn't make us victims. I would like to thank him here and wish him success.

We would like to thank the store manager Gizem Hanım, who helped us with her interest and kindness in finding the products we were looking for in this branch where I shopped last month. It is a very spacious store in terms of interior layout and location.
