English home stores have a very nice line. They are trying to serve only with few staff. Working with a little more staff may be more efficient in terms of service.

Employees have disrespectful looks and gestures towards customers. Especially the stare of a male seller working there is very disturbing, I had a hard time even examining the products and I had to leave.

In EZ Erasta. Great, dining and smoking area upstairs .. The employee wanted me to change money .. a bit stressed but friendly.
