Genel hizmet olarak puanlamadım ama tüm süreç daha hızlı olabilir ayrıca gişede kredi kartı dışında bir ödeme yöntemi kabul edilmemesi vatandaşlar için sorun zorluk çıkarıyor.
It's fine as a branch. If you have an appointment, you can get your work done without waiting in line. It was not crowded in the early morning. Staff are polite and helpful. I did not rate it as a general service, but the whole process could be faster, and the fact that no payment method other than credit card is accepted at the box office creates problems for citizens.
