You provide disgraceful service that doesn't deserve even 1 star. We have been sitting without electricity for 7 hours in winter with my two month old and 18 month old babies.

Sadece 1 sokakda yaşanan arızayı bir haftada çözebilecek bir hizmet bile sunamayanlara mahkumuz maalesef. Müşteri hizmetleri "kesinti ihbarı" kaydetmek dışında bir şey yapmıyor. En temel hizmetleri bile sunmaktan acizler... "Yıldız vermeden mesaj yayınlanmadığı için bir yıldız vermek zorunda kaldım"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29.05.2021 tarihinde trafo patlamasından dolayı televizyonum yanmıştır. Görüntü ve ses hiçbir şekilde yoktur. 01.06.2021 saat 19.00 a kadar defalarca aramama rağmen hiç kimse gelip kontrol etmemiştir böyle bir rezillik görülmemiştir. Sayaç okuma bedelini bile biz vatandaşlardan keserken trafo patlamasından dolayı kaynaklanan zararımızın karşılığını bulamıyoruz. Böyle bir rezillik böyle bir rezalet görülmemiştir.
