Fatura yatırmak için girecekseniz direk girebiliyorsunuz ama işlem yapacaksanız Hes kodu istiyorlar, böyle de bir komedi. Allahtan personeli yardımcı oluyor.
Don't come without an appointment, they don't take it. You can use the website or call center to make an appointment, but they force you to install a mobile application. If you are going to enter to deposit an invoice, you can enter directly, but if you are going to make a transaction, they want Hes code, which is a comedy. Thank god the staff is helpful.

Kapıda duran yetkili kişi sizi dinliyor, sizinle ilgileniyor ve sizi doğru yere yönlendiriyor. Bence kapı kapı gezdiren diğer kurumların örnek alması gereken bir tavır ve bu hizmet gözardı edilemez. İlgileri, nezaketleri ve sorunu çözme yetenekleri sebebiyle çevremdeki herkesi buraya yönlendiriyorum. Teşekkür ediyorum ??
With its new owner, there is no trace of its old self. It was a large, spacious, tidy, clean place. The business is very busy most of the day, but the staff is very caring and polite. The authorized person standing at the door listens to you, takes care of you and directs you to the right place. I think it is an attitude that other institutions that go door to door should take as an example and this service cannot be ignored. I refer everyone around me here because of their interest, kindness and problem-solving skills. Thank you ??
