En Vie Beach

Beautiful venue. Lovely food and drinks, reasonable prices. Fantastic atmosphere. The staff are extremely efficient, especially Emre. Great service, helps you with any questions about anything regarding Alanya, the Menu. The Manager was not professional or polite, not interested in listening to his customers and complained about my friend being happy and singing even though they had music on right outside the customers apartments. When we tried to talk to him he was not interested, didn't listen and no customer service. Very disappointing because its one of the most beautiful bars with fabulous scenery. Apart from Manager we would highly recommend. Been visiting there for 4 years and never had an issue apart from this guy being a jobs worth. You'd think they'd want to welcome you when businesses have been hut so hard by covid. The Owner was helpful and listened to our complaint. So thank you to the rest of the young boys that took our order, made us feel welcome and accommodated to our needs. We had a great night. Thanks.

Nice beach club but very small. Sun beds are really comfortable: huge soft pillows on it. The food is tasty but nothing special. But for a beach club it’s really good. We’ve been here couple of times and enjoyed every stay.

I came to the beach of this hotel for a day outside in October 2021. Before I came, I called the hotel and asked if there was any entrance fee and the person in charge of both the reception and the beach said there was no entrance fee. However, it turns out that there is a 50-TL fee for the sunbed. I used the facility all day long and when I asked for the bill around 17:30 in the evening, I saw that the 50-TL fee for the sunbed was reflected, and then I just said that no such information was given to me. Bald, medium height, the middle-aged waiter whose name I can't remember at the moment, but who said during the conversation that he has been working at the facility since 2019, came to me very angry, insulted me, "There is no such thing as I don't pay, you will pay, the man is explaining to you." he said, and I said very calmly and respectfully that his tone was wrong and he needed to come to his senses. Afterwards, I complained to the reception, but the hotel and beach businesses are separate from each other. Anyone can be under stress, but no employee has the right to mistreat a customer no matter what. I REJECT THE BUSINESS AND THE EMPLOYEES I MENTIONED. On the other hand; The facility obviously has no humor, the beach part is very, very narrow, Alanya has much better beaches and beach clubs, I do not recommend it.

It's a very beautiful place. 3 meters to the beach. They have good food and have tried their own Sunday brunch. I can only say it's great. I'd like to come back again. Prices very reasonable. Good service and very skilled staff

Terrible service with a nice view! I often get my orders wrong and delayed. Waiters are really rude and they tell you off if you want to send your tea back to have it with your desert. Because you didn't mention it when ordering! What you get for what you pay makes you feel like a fool at this place.

Ambitious menu, linen napkins and tablecloths promised something good in superb surroundings by the sea. Then the reality bites - the food was acceptable but did not fill the expectations and the service was as if we were in a bazaar. Summa summarum the visit was not worth the money.

A very relaxed beach club. As we were with five, we had a (semi-private) place around the pool which holds eight beds in total. The Sushi was quite good for a beach restaurant and the Cocktails were very delicious! Friendly staff that made sure we were never hungry or thirsty! Finally a beach club where the music was not pounding! Good experience. Would recommend it!

A restaurant I like to go occasionally with beautiful seaside location and very nice food. The service can get a bit wonky if it's full but the staff is nice, professional and friendly. You get large, filling portions and they have a solid wine list and lovely cocktails. Their sushi is considered some of the best in Alanya. When you're in the mood, try out their pizzas too. My only complaint stems from the few times I've experienced forgotten or wrongly served orders, some of the younger staff having difficulty closing checks and the salesman they allow into the restaurant. En Vie seems like an elegant and distinguished place until you have a disheveled guy waving an armful of roses at you and begging you to buy while you are enjoying your meals with your friends. Otherwise great spot for a memorably pleasant dine-out.
