★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cam kenarı masaya 2 kişi oturmak istediğimizde 4 kişilik olduğunu kalabalık olursa kaldırabileceklerini belirttiler. İstediğiniz yere özgürce oturamıyorsunuz. Erzurum da ilk defa böyle özgüvenli mekan gördüm (!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İçerik bakımından zengin gibi ancak hizmet ve kalite bakımından çok düşük. Künefe tadında değil. Elbette yan ürünleri çok iyi ancak ana ürün kaliteli olmayınca yan hizmet fazla göze gelmiyor. Fiyat bakımından pahalı. Ana ürünleri çok küçük ve yetersiz. Sadece mekan cadde üzerinde ve MNG AVM ye yakın diye biraz tutuluyor. Tavsiye edermiyim kesinlikle hayır. Kendini geliştirmeli ve daha kaliteli hizmet vermeli. Bir ürünün kalitesi mekanı ön plana çıkarır.

The best of Erzurum in katmer and künefe. Kadayif with cream could have been fresher. It is served with fruit, tea, milk and pistachios. 1 portion of Kunefe + 1 portion of kadayif with pistachio 70 TL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gittiğimde kalabalıktı fakat hizmet hızlıydı hemen siparişi alıp getirdiler. Ben ikili künefe ve Antep katmer yedim. İkisi de çok iyiydi. Tatlısı, peyniri, fıstığı yerindeydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve cana yakın. Çok güzel bir yer ve tatlıydı. Tavsiye ederim.
It was crowded when I went, but the service was fast, they took the order and brought it right away. I ate double künefe and Antep katmer. Both were very good. Dessert, cheese, peanuts were on point. The employees are smiling and friendly. It was a beautiful place and sweet. I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk açıldığından açık ara çok uzakta kalite yok yanında verilen meyveler kurumuş.Hele servisi yapan uzun boylu kocaman kol saatli garsonun servis sırasındaki tutumu. Çayı rica ile getirmeleri.Benim için ve misafirlerim için en künefe bitmiştir.
Since it was first opened, there is no quality by far. The fruits served with it are dry. Especially the attitude of the tall waiter with a huge wrist watch during the service. Bringing the tea with a request. For me and my guests, the most künefe is finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good to have this option in the city. We were there during off peak hours. We didn't have any problem about the service and timing. The sugar water on the dessert was a bit more than usual and it was a bit thick that made feel like it has some glucose syrup in it. I am not sure about that, I must say. Anyways we were happy with the taste in general and with the service.
