I went for periodic maintenance by looking at the comments from here, but I was not satisfied. The technical knowledge of the masters is sufficient, they have a good command of VW group cars. However, the negativities I have mentioned on Emre's face are as follows; They started to change the oil without waiting for the vehicle to cool for 10-15 minutes and the oil to go down to the sump (maybe), but after opening the oil plug, they did not wait even 10 minutes for the old oil to drain completely, they even put the plug back while the oil continued to leak thinly, then they stopped for a cigarette. . I wish they had waited for the oil to drain, even if it was until smoking. By the way, I was met with a harsh and irritable attitude because you warned the friend who was interested in the vehicle. I thought it would suck the old oil that may have been left from the oil cooler, but it was not done. In short, a new one was added before the old oil was thoroughly drained. They forgot to put the pollen filter on, I realized later that they put it on quickly. The questions I asked from time to time to the young friend who was interested in the vehicle were answered in a short, sloppy and nervous manner. During periodical maintenance, it is expected that parts such as the interior of the vehicle, undercarriage and pads will be checked, and if a problem is observed, the customer is informed. However, there is no such service here. I had to check the vehicle's shock absorber bellows and oil leaks myself. After the vehicle was taken out, I showed the commander that one of the bellows was torn and the pads were worn out and conveyed my complaints to him. In short, WORKMANSHIP IS OVERLOOKING AND MEDIUM. Prices are at market prices, I can't say cheap or expensive. Emre Bey gave kind and correct answers for the questions that came to my mind, but you need to catch him and ask questions. In order to be fair, I would like to write the general response given by the owner of the business, Emre, to my complaints.
