The staff on the upper floor needs to be changed or trained. 4 personnel do not have the ability to scan a barcode or find a borcode number. You wait for 15 minutes to pay for a material. Everyone asks each other for the barcode number or they need to set up a more technological system, I don't know how such a big business works like that.
