I enrolled my son in Ankara emineller nursery 2 months ago. Before printing, I said that we may have out-of-town plans due to my wife's job, and if you confirm that I will take my son from school and request a refund, I will print it. They approved, but on the 15th of April, I stated that I took my son for out of town reasons and demanded a refund. They said that their rules were that they could not keep me busy for 1 week and a refund. It is not the first lie the institution tells me and parents. When my son's teacher was leaving the institution, we were not informed, and a reserve teacher was brought and it was an excuse that a second teacher was needed because our class was crowded afterwards. (There were problems due to the concentration of the classroom) When I stated as a complaint in the group opened for complaints, our problem was not taken care of, and it was implied that 'we gave you what more do you want, the second teacher, to take it from the bottom because of the pandemic'. But the truth came out in April. Our teacher resigned. The second teacher was brought in so that the children would get used to it and the parents would not have trouble when the first teacher resigned. And most importantly, when asked why our first teacher resigned, it was said that he moved to a kindergarten close to his home because his home was far from the kindergarten. However, we know that our resigned teacher resides in 'Çukurambar'. In other words, we were lied to us over our children so that the parents would not be distressed despite the fact that they reside very close to the kindergarten.
