My computer had a keyboard beeping problem, I took it away, my computer engineer friend told them to look at the keyboard first. I said what the problem was caused by and that I also wanted a fan cleaning. I told him that my homework was approaching and I did not have any other computers. They said we will call you. A week and a half passed, no sound, I called. The woman who opened it said, I'll call you tomorrow. He did not call, I called again tomorrow, this time someone in charge opened it. They turned on the computer and looked to see if there was a burn, first to detect the sound problem, then they realized that it was caused by the keyboard, and then they did not have this keyboard in the place where they communicated, and so on, they also did not do fan cleaning. They could not have spent an hour and a half, not a week and a half, trying to understand the problem I cited. Not to mention, I don't have a computer that can do homework right now. Also a mechanic that I can take because of the complete closure. I am really angry and I am so sure that I was not wanted because I went to me because of my dignity. If customer service 0 couldn't do something, call instead of waiting. The reason why I can't do it is also very funny. There are a lot of keyboards on the internet, they fail me just because they are not where they deal. If I could, I wouldn't even give a star, I had time gone. No tradesman likes the polite customer, if you want to get your job done, make an event, call it zip, but you can get your job done that way.
