★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konum muhteşem. Manzara güzel. Otobüs-dolmuş-taksi ayağınızın altında. Yüzme havuzu,market,büfe,PTT,üç tane çarşı hemen burnunuzun dibinde. Merkezi sistemle ısıtılır. Süs havuzu,otoparkı,basketbol sahası,lokal,market vs. İşletmeleri vardır. 2+1 ve 3+1 olmak üzere iki tip daire seçeneği vardır. Bölgenin en güzel Sitesidir.
The location is amazing. The scenery is beautiful. Bus-minibus-taxi is under your feet. Swimming pool, market, buffet, PTT, three bazaars are right under your nose. It is heated by a central system. Ornamental pool, car park, basketball court, club, market etc. It has businesses. There are two types of flat options, 2 + 1 and 3 + 1. It is the most beautiful site in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir çok yeri dökülüyor. Sürekli masraf çıkaran bir site. 2+1 olanlar 3+1'lerden daha ferah ve kullanışlı. Özellikle balkonu daha büyük. Kirada oturmak için tercih edilebilir. Ulaşım alternatifleri iyi. ÖHO, EGO metro ringi, Ulus ve Keçiören'e dolmuş. Çocukluğumuzun bir parçası olan yemyeşil bir bahçesi var. B blokların arası botanik bahçesi gibi. A blokların yanına yapılan İsmail Hakkı Tonguç parkı büyük bir servet. Karşısındaki Hacı Sabancı Havuzunu da düşününce çocuklu aileler için bir dönem tercih edilebilecek bir site. (ÖNEMLİ NOT:Bazı blokların girişi yıkıldı yıkılacak durumda. İllaki birilerine bir şey olması bekleniyor diye düşünüyorum. Tüm uyarılara uymayıp duyarsız kalan yönetimi protesto ediyorum.)
There's a lot of space. A site that constantly charges. 2 + 1 ones are more spacious and convenient than 3 + 1's. Especially the balcony is bigger. It is preferable to sit for rent. Good transportation alternatives. ÖHO, EGO metro ring, Ulus and Keçiören were full. It has a lush garden that is part of our childhood. B blocks like the botanical garden. Ismail Hakki Tonguc park built near A blocks is a great fortune. Considering the opposite Haci Sabanci Pool, it is a site that can be preferred for families with children. (IMPORTANT NOTE: Some of the blocks have been demolished. I think it is expected that something will happen to someone. I protest against all warnings and remain insensitive management.)

It's a settlement I've lived in for 30 years. Warm neighbors are in a central location, close to shopping centers, children's playgrounds, surrounded by large parks and the surrounding area provides peace for all residents.

My mother-in-law is sitting, the site is calm and natural environment. Structurally, it is an old architecture and I can say about 30-40 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evler çok eski, küçük ve kullanışsız. Site yönetiminden herkes şikayetçi. Asansörler tamir adı altında köpek kulübesi ebatına getirildi. Fakat yer olarak mükemmel bir konumda. Metroya yürüyerek 10 dakika. Önünden her türlü toplu taşıma aracı geçiyor.
The houses are very old, small and useless. Everyone complains about the site management. The elevators were brought to the size of a kennel under the name of repair. But it is in a perfect location. 10 minutes on foot to the metro. All kinds of public transportation vehicles pass by.
