I would like to thank the master who fixed the fault of our charged tea machine within 20 minutes. Honest people who earn their bread with handwork always deserve appreciation. May God give strength to their arms and sharpness to their minds. Each machine has maintenance and operating instructions. User error is not covered by the warranty. All brand owners get warranty this way, this is what I've observed so far
