★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mimar Enver Tokay tarafından tasarlanmış olan ve de 1959 ile 1965 yılları arasında inşa edilen bu yapının Türkiye mimarlık tarihinde önemli olmasının iki nedeni vardır. Uluslararası üslup tarzında Ankara’da inşa edilmiş ilk yapı olmasının yanı sıra rasyonalizm üslubunun da Türkiye'deki ilk örneklerindendir.[1] Bu yapıyı Türkiye mimarlık tarihinde önemli kılan başka bir faktör ise, 24 katlı olması ve 76 metreye yüksekliği ile, ülkede inşa edilen ilk gökdelen olmasıdır.[2]
8 Mart 2006'da Talip Kahraman İnşaat Şirketi'ne 55,5 milyon dolara özelleştirilen bina, Kasım 2015'te Kahramanlar İş Merkezi adını almıştır.
 There are two reasons why this building, designed by the architect Enver Tokay and built between 1959 and 1965, is important in the history of Turkish architecture. Besides being the first building built in Ankara in the international style, it is also one of the first examples of the rationalism style in Turkey.[1] Another factor that makes this building important in the history of Turkish architecture is that it is the first skyscraper built in the country with its 24-storey and 76 meters high.[2]
The building, which was privatized to Talip Kahraman Construction Company for $55.5 million on March 8, 2006, was renamed Kahramanlar Business Center in November 2015.
