İade sürecinde görüşme sağladım fakat firma herhangi bir mesuliyet kabul etmiyor ve aynı şekilde geri göndereceğini söylüyor . Resmen nitelikli dolandırıcılık . Aracı firma üzerinden işlem başlattım , gerekli cevabı almazsam hukukî süreç başlatacağım.

I made an interview during the return process, but the company does not accept any responsibility and says that it will send it back in the same way. Literally qualified fraud.
