The products are nice in design. It might be normal if only the inside staff are competing with each other for sale but why do I feel soaking up? It's like, “He's mine, he's mine! Ey What are we? :)

The store is good, but the staff is awful and disrespectful, they don't have a stomach, they don't need money, they are racing NOT to sell, I feel sorry for the owner, it must be hard to eat out of pocket every day :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağazaya girişten itibaren kurban pazarında gibi hissetmeniz normal çünkü çalışanlar aralarında o benim, bunu sen al diye müşterileri paslaşıyorlar. Aşırı çirkin ve kaba bir üslupları var. Ayrıca bugün kendi internet sitelerinden aldığım bir ürünün bir numara büyüğünü denemek istedim. Ona göre mağazadan büyüğünü alacak ve küçüğünü iade edecektim. Bunu satış görevlisine de söyleyerek hata ettim sanırım çünkü ellerinde büyük numara olmadığını söyledi ve arkasını dönüp bana hakaret etti resmen. Tüm çalışanları töhmet altında bırakmak istemem ama bunu yapan uzun boylu ve kalın sesli erkek görevli idi.
It is normal to feel like you are in the sacrifice market from the moment you enter the store, because the employees pass along their customers just because it is me and you buy this. They have an extremely ugly and vulgar style. I also wanted to try the biggest number one of a product I bought from their website today. According to him, I would take the bigger one from the store and return the smaller one. I guess I made a mistake by telling the salesperson this because he said they didn't have the big trick and he turned around and insulted me. I don't want to implicate all the employees, but it was the tall and deep-spoken male attendant who did it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığımız ayakkabı nin küçük bir yeri yırtık çıktı eve gelince farkettik.Farkli bir şehirde yaşadığımız için mağazaya ulaşıp yardım almaya çalıştık fakat kesinlikle telefonlarını açmiyorlar. Elle genel merkezden ulaşmaya çalıştık biz mağazaya ulaşıp sizi aratacagiz dediler halen ses seda yok.
A small part of the shoes we bought was torn, and we noticed it when we got home. Since we live in a different city, we tried to reach the store and get help, but they never answer their phones. We tried to reach the head office manually, they said we will reach the store and call you, still no voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün internet üzerinden beğendiğim bir modeli denemek üzere Ankamall mağazasına gittim. Çalışanlardan ayakkabının numarasını rica ettim kendileri getirdi sonrasında almayacağını belirtince değişik bir tavır ile ayakkabıyı kutunun içine fırlatıp depoya doğru gitti.
Çalışanlarınız denetimini yapmanızı öneririm bu kadar tatlı bir mağaza ve ürünler bu saygısızlıklar yüzünden değer kaybeder.
Today I went to the Ankamall store to try a model I liked online. I asked the employees for the size of the shoes and they brought them themselves, and when they said that they would not buy it, they threw the shoes into the box with a different attitude and went to the warehouse.
I recommend that you inspect your employees, such a sweet store and products lose value because of these disrespects.
