★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS!! (Based in Liman Mahellesi/Hurma) They are only interested in getting the commission! I had many problems after moving in which were of no interest to them but I insisted and after a few attempts I was treated badly and unprofessionally by them and they refused to accept to have anything to do with the problems. They only speak Turkish too. My advice to everyone, go to the complexes yourselves and ask at security, a lot of the time it isn't necessary to pay the commission at all! If only someone had told me that!
