★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açıkçası mekanda Samsun pidesi yemedim. Çiğ kıymayı ( domates,biber,soğan ile harmanlayıp) mekana götürdüm. Açık, uzun #SivasPidesi #EtliEkmek yapabilir misiniz dedim. Yaptılar. En az Sivas'taki kadar güzel oldu. Daha önce Samsun da 2-3 mekana aynı taleple gitmiş sonuç alamamıştım. Elbette her yöre kendine özgü olan ürünü en iyi şekilde yapıp sunar. Bu mekandaki ustaya Helal olsun. Bir başka yörenin pidesini o yöre ustaları kadar güzel hazırladı. Haşlanmış patates götürdüm yine mükemmel sonuç. Ellerin dert görmesin usta.
