The rooms were smelling heavily smoking and sweat , l had to change my room a few times but all of them was the same. There was hair everywhere and rooms were not cleaned properly. Every room had something missing table or chairs or curtain or hob also there are no phones in rooms. Air condition was loud when you trying to sleep. There was a lot of noise from outside because windows are not double glazed. They were always short of staff, l couldn't get my room cleaned in 8 days. If you call reception for clean towel you have to wait ages or you have to call over and over again to get something. The reception staff is were mostly rude with long face. Generally service is very poor. Wifi connection was very poor. Unfortunately there isin't any one good thing to write about them. I had stresfull time staying there. Not recommended at all !!!

Nice big hotel in the kitchen there was a cat walking around which shocked me to see in a food serving area there would be a cat . Didn't like their breakfast which was 25 Turkish lira for one .it was horrible to he lady was touching food without having gloves on which isn't hygienic at all.

Poor maintenance. No wifi in rooms. Old furniture.

The rooms at the hotel were dirty and smelly. Towels were also smelly and was probably not washed, WiFi doesn’t work even after changing rooms 3 times. The bed had a big hole on the left side so sleeping was uncomfortable, the rooms were smoking rooms even though they said they were not, my husband and I sneezed all night and was glad to be out the next morning. They don’t even deserve 1 start

The worst 'hotel' I've ever stayed in...you can't even call it a hotel! I would describe it with one word: dirtiness Dirty sheets Hair from previous guests Dust and dirt everywhere Sinks that don't work Urine-stained toilet I'll stop here! An insult to tourism Not only do I not recommend it, I advise them to close it, renovate it, sanitise it and then maybe open it again.

Worst place.very dirty.I accidently landed here for an overnight stay from the airport at 0200 hrs due to the cunning taxi driver.Avoid this place.

Very very bad. Might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 14:00, the check in time is after 12:00 and rather I waited 50 minutes to get to my room after the receptionist said I should wait for only 5 minutes. The room is disgusting, the blanket was dirty and even wit! As it just came out of the washing machine. The bathroom smells terrible and the air conditioning isn’t working, neither is the wifi. I’d have left the hotel if I was fine but since I got injured in my leg, I didn’t have time to ask for a refund or to change my room. I’m a backpacker so even if you just want a place to sleep at, DON’T COME HERE!!!

Comfort lovely stay in this hotel . I prefer my palace apartments. Suitable for families .
