★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I explained already they demanded abusively eviction paper to be signed. Moreover, their lawyer told me that this paper would cancel all contract signed and I will simply be to owner mercy. I was willing to pay one year rent in advance so they could had thrown me any time " with no reason" .Absolut crazy. Good they didn't ask my blood. Wish them good luck and, is true, many owners demands this paper, separate from the contract, so they can blackmail you. Take care.
