I've just been there, it's closed. They are closing at 20. The place where the business is located looks quite creepy especially during the night.

We asked them to pick up and deliver our laundry here at the Nova Park Hotel in Kumkoy and they did it in on the same day (10 AM pickup and 4 PM delivery). Our clothes were clean and folded in the laundry bag we gave to them - very professionally done! We plan to use them again in another week or so. I highly recommend them and they are easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. Give them a try!

I had to wash my Gore Tex jacket, down jacket, a sleeping bag, and lots of Merino wollen clothes. The shop owner understood well when I explained him that all of these need special treatment. He was extremely kind and patient with me and careful with my clothes. A couple of hours later I had my clothes back and was absolutely satisfied with the result. Many thanks again.

The best laundry service we ever used. We used it twice and would definitely use it again and recommend friends. First, the punctuality is excellent, picked the time that suited us and they were able to be exactly on time both at pickup and delivery. Also, you can get the laundry the same day they picked it up (pickup at 11:50, and it is washed, dried, and ironed at 18:00 and delivered at 18:45). Second, the quality, clothes are nicely folded, dry and neatly pressed. We had color clothes with prints that could be destroyed by not proper machine washing, but this dry cleaner had a good care of it. Moreover, the responsiveness, you can call them and write on WhatsApp, they either use an online translator or in case of a phone call may ask English speaking colleague to translate (if one will be around). We used WhatsApp to clarify the approximate price and also to order the pickup and delivery, the response time is no more than 15 minutes. Furthermore, we were prepaying first because it is more comfortable for us and once the man who was delivering items returned me 5 EUR apologizing that he charged more than it turned out to be. This is really rare, first, there were really a lot of clothes and even 20 EUR (for delivery+washing+drying+ironing) was really cheap, and with a 5 EUR discount, it is pretty cool. Second, probably there is no well-defined formula to calculate the price and no one would ever know he/she was overpriced, so the owners and staff are honest and value their customers.
