Elif sitesi, 2 nisan caddesi üzerinde. Konum olarak çok güzel. Ama depremde ağır hasar alan, sonrasında "nasıl olduysa" orta hasar a döndürülen bir yapı.
Merkezi olması, diğer eksileri sineye çekmeyi gerektirir mi, bilemem. Otoparkı ve çocuk oyun alanı yok. Uzun ve ince bir bahçesi var. Orası da komşu site sakinleri ve mahalleli tarafından kestirme olarak kullanılıyor. Arka tarafında sağlık ocağı var. Araçların park edebilecekleri yerleri de sağlık ocağına gelen hastalar işgal ediyor.
