Veremediler, lakin neden verilmediğinş sorduğumda; "kargolamadan önce kontrol ediyoruz, elimizdekiler defolh çıktı. Defolu ürün göndermek istemdiğimiz için kargoya vermedik. Sipariş geçtim ama istersneiz siparişinizi iptal edip paranızı geri aktarabilirim. Ya da bir hafta içinde size teslimatı gerçekleştiririz." dediler.
Uzun zamandır hiçbir satıcıdan böyle bir açıklama duymamıştım. Hala müşterisine değer veren satıcılar olduğumı bilmek çok güzel.
Siparişi iptal etmedim, dedikkeri zaman gönderdiler ve hiç bir sorun yoktu üründe . Çocuğumun vazgeçilmezi oldu.

I ordered a bouncy donkey, normally it was supposed to be shipped the next day.
They could not give, but when I asked why it was not given; "We check before shipping, what we got was defective. We didn't want to send a defective product, so we didn't ship it. I placed an order, but if you want, I can cancel your order and transfer your money back. Or we'll deliver it to you within a week." they said.
I have not heard such a statement from any seller in a long time. It's nice to know that I'm still a valued seller.
I did not cancel the order, they sent it on time and there was no problem with the product. It has become indispensable for my child.
