Mağazada söylediğimizde elbisenin modelinin öyle olduğunu evde ayakkabıyla giyince düzgün duracağını söylediler. Eve gittiğimizde 15 cm fark olduğunu gördük. Asıl sorun ondan sonra mesaj atmamıza ve aramamıza rağmen telefonlara cevap vermemeleri. Müşteriyi mağdur ediyorsunuz bari bi telefon açıp özür dileyin, dinleyin. Öğretmen arkadaşlarıma, dostlarıma, ve sosyal medya hesaplarımdaki arkadaşlara gitmemeleri konusunda uyarı da bulundum. Bu yorumu da diğer vatandaşlarımız da alışveriş yapmadan önce iki defa düşünsün diye yazıyorum. They cut the back of the dress we bought for 655 TL and cut it 15 cm short in front of it. When we said it in the store, they said that the model of the dress is that it will look right when you wear it at home with shoes. When we got home, we saw that there was a 15 cm difference. The main problem is that they don't answer the phone calls even though we text and call after that. You are victimizing the customer, at least open a phone call and apologize, listen. I also warned my fellow teachers, friends, and friends in my social media accounts not to go. I am writing this comment so that our other citizens can think twice before shopping.

Altın yaldızlı isim yazdirinca kendilerini Stilist sanıyor insanlar. Oysa sizin işiniz pazarlama. Zero respect for the customer.
