Binanın konumu itibari ile Meram Bağları'na, Meram Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'ne, Konya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne ve meşhur Akyokuş'a araçla 3-5 dakika arası vardır. Tarihi Konya Tren Garı'na araçla 5-7 dakikadır. Hazreti Mevlânâ Türbesi ve Alaaddin'e araçla 10-15 dakika, toplu ulaşımla ise yoğunluğa bağlı olarak 15-25 dakikadır. Yani muhit olarak fevkalade fakat içine girmedim, sunulan hizmeti bilmiyorum. Dört yıldızı konumu için verdim.
Konya is the cleanest neighborhood. The location of the building is 3 to 5 minutes by car from Meram Vineyards, Meram Medical Faculty Hospital, Konya Training and Research Hospital and the famous Akyokus. It is 5-7 minutes by car to the historical Konya Train Station. The tomb of Mevlânâ and the Alaaddin are 10-15 minutes by car and 15-25 minutes by public transportation depending on the density. In other words, I do not know the service offered, but excellent. I drove to a four star location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat bir işletme hiç tavsiye etmem odalar çok pis otel konsepti deniyor ama temizlik için 2 günde bir dendi oraya gittiğimizde sonuç 3 gün de 1 kere temizlendi son çıkacağımız da da 4 üncü gün olmuştu hala temizlenmemişti
It is a terrible business, I would not recommend it, the rooms are very dirty, the hotel concept is tried, but it was once every 2 days for cleaning.When we went there, the result was cleaned once in 3 days and the last time we were going out was the 4th day, it was still not cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazlasıyla kötü çok soğuk daire içi. Yan dairedekilerin tüm seslerini konuşmalarını kısacası herşeyi net bir şekilde aynı odadaymışcasına duyuyorsunuz. Temizlik bakımından çokça zayıf helede bu covid döneminde. Tavsiye eden pişman olur fazlasıyla.
Too bad too cold inside the apartment. You can hear all the voices of the people next door, as if you were in the same room. It is very poor in terms of cleaning in this covid period. Those who recommend would regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötü ve herkes herkesin ne konuştuğunu duyuyor ses yalıtımı hiç yok sanki bulunduğunuz daire içerisinde diğer insanlarla birlikte kalıyormussunuz gibi çok net ses duyuluyor.. Ayrıca ısıtma sistemi yerden ısıtmalı fakat ısı düşük ve oldukça soğuktu.. ve içeride ki havayı sirkülasyon yapacak sistem yok havalandırma gibi ancak camı açmanız gerekiyor bu kez daha soğuk oluyor.. sıcak suya gelecek olursak kesintili geliyor aniden soğuk su ile karşı karşıya kalabilirsiniz ve son olarak hijyenik değil bardak çanaklarin içinde geçmeyen leke ve izler mevcut birde normal düzey de içeri de sohbet veya orta ses düzeyi ile müzik dinlediğiniz de kapıya gelip ses yapıyorsunuz demeleri de kaçınılmaz son.. oldukça rahatsız edici bir yer asla tavsiye etmiyorum paranız çöp olur.. vasattttt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 gün kaldım daha çok kalmak isterdim. Muazzam bir yer. Konya'da gidilmesi gereken tek apart. Gayet de uygun ve güzeldi. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim asla pişman olmayacaksınız
I stayed for 2 days and I would like to stay more. It's an amazing place. The only apartment to go to in Konya. It was very convenient and beautiful. Definitely recommend, you won't regret it
