Bir de geri kargo ücretini alıcı ödemeli yapmışlar.söyleşmedeki ilgili maddeye dayanarak iade istememe rağmen kabul edilmedi. 370 TL ye aldığım hiç kullanmadığım ürünü geri gönderiyorlar ve bana olmadığı için ürünü giyemiycem de.
The dress I bought was on the tag and the change was not accepted even though I have never gone. Also, they made the buyer pay for the return shipping fee. Although I requested a refund based on the relevant article in the contract, it was not accepted. They send back the product I have never used and bought for 370 TL and I cannot wear the product because it is not for me.
