★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience last 4 days in Elegance Resort and Spa Hotel, Hotel and Spa Staff are so friendly and Positive, Prices are Avarage or lower in Cafe and Restaurant, Cleaning and Hygen is Top, Spa Manager and Spa Staff are so friendly and Professionel. I m sure that ı will visit again this Hotel ? Thanks for your great service and possitive Energy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed two weeks at the end of May for work, I must say that I found a good service and cleanliness of the rooms and good availability towards the customer and I am satisfied and recommend it, a positive note deserves the SPA area very well cared for by Mr. Mahmut yorulmaz and collaborators making the wellness area really excellent, good !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay for those who works in the nearby Shipyard. Also good for family as swimming pool with slides. Good view and the transfer service to shipyard is great. Chef is good as every night I ordered room service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good resort with healthy Turkish breakfast, lunch & dinner. I stayed here to complete the ship joining pre-qurantine (7 days). The room service, & house keeping staff were very friendly & good. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for the qurantine purpose approximately 10 days. As I am in isolation I not allowed to go out from my room, the catering staff is usually provide packed meal. But unfortunately they are not delivering food on time. We need call them again and again for food and water. Otherwise hotel is very good and environment is very healthy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst behaviour that İ have ever seen at the entrance of the Hotel. They are try to sell the rooms out of order. Thanks to receptionist that he warned me that I have to check the room before check in. But before lady on the phone tried to cash from my credit card Just 10 minutes away to the arrive.
Told her that İ was driving and can not give my card details but told her that I am just 10 min. Away. She called ne 3 times in my route. Of course I dış not check in and İ didnt see the room. But for. Star I do not need to de the room. Good luck to the visitors.
