Did not meet us at the airport on arrival into Antalya, us and other group had to scout the airport for over 20 mins to find them.. on return trip, they organised pick up at our hotel nearly 5 hours before our scheduled flight, and refused to pick us up later .. Do not use them if u can help it

Booked with elfeti when traveling to Antalya. Once we arrived they told us they had missed us on their schedule - we were left stranded at the airport for 5 hours!!!!! No refund or apology provided. I would not recommend. Awful experience.

We made an online booking through Expedia. Our arrangement was for a pick up at 3:55am on Saturday 18 August and confirmed 24hr before the time via email. We were waiting from 3:45am in the hotel foyer. At 3:55 no taxi arrived as yet and I went outside to check if there were anybody outside. At 4:10 my wife phone a few times without any answer. Only when we asked the hotel staff to phone did Elefti answer their phone (probably because they habe phone identification). They then accused us of not being really at the agreed time of 3:55am even though we were there at 3:45am already and hotel reception staff can confirm that there were no taxi or person at the hotel any time before we arrived at 3:45. Even worst is the man that I spoke to was very rude and abrupt and just insisted we were late and they were there and just slammed the phone down in my ear. The hotel staff could hear how he spoke to me and just shaked their heads in disbelief and apologized to me after the guy slammed the phone down on me. I am almost sure this is how this company operates and they scam people saying that they were there to do the pickup but never was. We had to make alternative arrangements as we had a 7am flight. Still disgusted. Hein

Fantastic experience with this company. We felt like we were greeted by a family member. Very professional and kind. My mom even received complimentary flowers :) Highly recommend Elefti Travel!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. There was no one at the gate to meet us when our flight arrived. We had to walk with all our luggage to another terminal to their help desk and even then we did not get any help. They could not find out reservation and we were told we would have to wait until another family arrived on an international flight before they could drop us off, minimum 40 minute wait. On top of all that everyone we delt with was extremely rude. I would not use again. Just wait until you get to the airport and take a taxi

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. The landing instructions told us to look for the travel desk numbered 45 when we arrived at the airport. We couldn’t find it so we asked a staff member at the airport who told us this company has no desk inside and all transfers were outside. There was no one waiting outside for us and we ended up having to pay for a taxi. When we emailed the company to confirm that we wanted to be picked up at 9 am from our hotel they said our pickup time would be 8:30. We were downstairs waiting from 8:15 to 8:48 and no one showed up, we ended up having to pay for a taxi a second time! I’ve emailed the company to let them know we want a refund, but have not received a reply. I will edit this (if I can) with what they say back.

The driver on the way to the hotel was excellent! He even bought us two bottles of water for the journey and the car was clean inside an out and on his rating alone it would be a 5* review however the driver on the way back was like Stirling moss, weaving in and out all over the show, looking for photos in his booklet to show us whilst going round windy mountain roads and he even gave us a personal business card in case we visit turkey again that with the vehicle being a little bit messy has brought down the rating however I would use them again as I feel the price was really good and this was possibly a one off. However the transport was private both times which was really good.

The driver never showed up to the airport to pick me up. I reported the incident to Expedia and they driver claimed I never showed up. I paid for an taxi driver to take to my hotel and Elefti has refused to give me a refund. Avoid this place at all cost.
