★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S10+ ürünümün ön cam değişimi için gittim. Samsung alt servisi olduklarını, burada servis sağlayamayacaklarını Ankaraya gönderilmesi gerektiğini söylediler. Sadece ön cam değişmesi gerekirken; ön cam, arka cam, çerçeve, ekran ve bataryasının birlikte değiştirilebileceğini hepsinin paket halinde geldiğini söylediler. 2295 lira ücret istediler. Daha sonra 4447711 çağrı merkezini arayıp bu servisi teyit ettim. Konyada böyle bir servis hizmetinin olmadığını öğrendim. Sakın yetkili servis olduklarına inanıp ürününüzü teslim etmeyin dolandırıcı bile olabilirler.
I went for the windshield replacement of my S10+. They said that they are a Samsung sub-service and that they cannot provide service here and that they should be sent to Ankara. When only the windshield needs to be changed; they said that the windshield, rear glass, frame, screen and battery can be replaced together, and they all come as a package. They asked for a fee of 2295 liras. Then I called 4447711 call center and confirmed this service. I learned that there is no such service in Konya. Do not believe that they are an authorized service and do not deliver your product, they may even be scammers.

It's not a good place at all. Samsung generally does not work very well as it continues with the pedigree method through expensive after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 2 ay önce note 5 cihazımın bataryasını değiştirdim. Sırf orijinal olsun, servis olsun diyerek değişim için bekledim. Tamircilerde değişim yaptırmadım. Bir bataryaya 325 TL para verdim. Sonuç rezillik. Allah bilir ya bataryayı değiştirmeden verdiler telefonu. Değişim öncesi yarım gün giden şarj şimdi yarım gün dahi gitmiyor. Kimseye önermiyorum. Hakkımı helal etmiyorum. Samsung firmasını da böyle kalitesiz servislerle çalıştıkları için kınıyorum.
About 2 months ago I changed the battery of my note 5 device. I waited for the change, just saying it would be original, get service. I did not change the repair shop. I paid 325 TL for a battery. The result is disgrace. God knows, they gave me the phone without changing the battery. The charge, which used to go for half a day before the change, now does not go even for half a day. I don't recommend it to anyone. I'm not justifying myself. I condemn the Samsung company for working with such poor quality services.
