★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maalesef İphone x telefonumu mahvettiler. Pil değişimi için gitmiştim, Telefonu açmak için ihtiyac olan hirç bir aparat yoktu, telefona resmen kaşığa benzeyen bir aletle daldılar. Bu işlem esnasında alet telefonun içine doğru kaydı ve yüz tanıma sistemini parcaladı, (pil değişimi cam paravanın arkasında yapıyorlardı ve ben seyrediyordum.) Arıza tespit cihazları olmadığını ve başka bir meslektaşlarındaki cihaza bağlayacaklarını söylediler. Telefon icindeki yüz tanıma sizteminin filminin zedelendiğini söylediler ve tamir edeceğiz diye telefonu iki gün ellerinde tuttular, daha sonra burada olmuyor, İstanbula göndereceğiz dediler ve 15 gün sonra telefon geri geldi. Yüz tanıma sisteli allaha emanet çalışıyor. Hakkımı helal etmiyorum. Allaha havale ediyorum.
Unfortunately they ruined my iPhone x. I went for a battery change, there was no device needed to open the phone, they literally dived into the phone with a spoon-like tool. During this process, the device slipped into the phone and broke the face recognition system, (the battery was changed behind the glass screen and I was watching). They said that the film of the face recognition system inside the phone was damaged and they kept the phone in their hands for two days so that we would fix it, then they said that it is not here, we will send it to Istanbul, and 15 days later the phone came back. The face recognition system is working, God bless. I'm not justifying myself. I commend it to God.
