Bu güzellik başka bir yerde olsa fevkalâde değerlendirilir, tabiri caizse bulunduğu yerin Cental Parkı olurdu kesin.. her geçen gün daha da büyütülüp yeşilliğinin, ağaçlandırmasının ve sınırlarının daha da artırılması, genişletilmesi -Develi'nin ciğerleri olması-, insanları akın akın çekmesi gerekirken... Bilâkis her geçen yıl Bir öncekini aratıyor desek yeri var.. sadece ticaret ve gelir kapısı olarak görülmesi maalesef büyük handikap.. üç kelime ile özetlemek gerekirse: bakımsız, bakımsız, bakımsız... Ağaçların arasında gölgelik, serin bir yer. Develi de en beğendiğim mekan diyebilirim. Gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. It is a wonderful place with 400 years old plane tree and roman pool. It has a cafe. You can eat or buy tea, coffee, ice cream, etc. Canopy, cool place among trees. I can say that Develi is my favorite place. I recommend you to go.

Fakat tüm bunları silmek istercesine çiğ gün ışığı aydınlatma seçilmiş.Parktaki 400 yıllık çınarlar muhteşem.Restoranın hemen yanındaki Tarihi Roma havuzu eski belediye tarafından katledilmiş. Düzenleme adı altında hazine arandığını belirttiler.Tipik bir yurdum gerçeği.Nihayetinde sakin, yeşillikler içinde, muazzam bir çocuk parkı olan, su kenarı hoş bir mekan.Develiye yolunuz düşerse uğramalısınız.
