★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşlar dün Elazığ Murat turizimden bugün için bilet aldık musafirim Konya'ya gidecekti ama meğerse adam dün için kesmiş bileti bugün dememe rağmen uğurlamaya gittik hatasını kabul etmiyor birde üstüne 30tl aldı kimse Elazığ MURAT turizimden seyahat etmesin değilse kendi hatalarını kabul etmiyorlar üstüne para alıyorlar üstüne bide kamera kayıtlarina bakıp haklı olduğumuzu kanitlamamiza rağmen bunları yaptilar hakkımı helal etmiyorum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşlar Elazığ Murat Turizimi seçmekte çok hata edersiniz çünkü benim kuzenim konya ya gitmek için cumartesi günü girip pazar günü için bilet aldı ama bileti alırken yarın diye belirttik ama onu dememize rağmen aynı gün içerisine cumartesiye bilet veriyor biz de yarın dediğimiz için güvenip bilete bakmadık pazar günü vardığımızda biletiniz dünmüş ve biletiniz yanmış dedi bizde haklı olarak kamera kayıtlarına baktırdık ve haklı olduğumuz kanıtladık ama ona rağmen bizden 30 TL daha aldılar şirketin çalışanının hatası ve bu hatayı şirket karşılaması lazım ama yarı yarıya diyip bizden para aldılar müşteri her zaman haklıdır ben hakkımı helal etmiyorum o 30 lira da haram zıkkım olsun hiçbir şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum sakın paranızı bu turizime kaptırıpta mağdur olmayın
