Banyo lifi, diş fırçası, traş bıçağına kadar misafirlerini düşünmüşler.
Odalar geniş ve konforlu, pencereler açılmıyor diyenler var gayet güzel açılıyor.
Ama ben yine de burayı sevmedim ve o yüzden de 1 yıldız veriyorum.
Çünkü ben Elazığ'a bir ramazan günü gittim ve bu otelde kaldım. Ben oruç tutmak zorunda değilim, kaldı ki dinimiz bile seferiye anlayış gösteriyor, siz kimsiniz..?? Belki ben yabancıyım, belki ben hiristiyanım, belki ben turistim....Sabah kahvaltısı için en üst kata çıktığımda sıcak çay, taze ekmek yok. Kahvaltılıklar belli ki gitmiş gitmiş gelmiş, buruşmuş...
İnsan misafirine bu saygısızlığı yapmaz. O yüzden olumlu herşey çöpe gitti, bu anlayışa 1 yıldız bile çok ama google sistemi gereği 1 yıldız verdim.

Because I went to Elazig on a Ramadan day and stayed at this hotel. I do not have to fast, even if our religion shows the understanding of the trip, who you are .. ?? Maybe I'm a foreigner, maybe I'm a Christian, maybe I'm a tourist .... When I go up to the top floor for breakfast, hot tea, no fresh bread. The breakfast stuff is obviously gone and wrinkled ...
The human does not respect this guest. So the positive thing went to waste, 1 star even this understanding, but I gave 1 star due to google system.

I arrived at the hotel on the evening of 19 as the reception also said that the gentleman didn't have a friend then received the ID after checkout, then said I did have a reservation, didn't fall on us anyway he said I didn't drop in here patiently he handed the room key and byyy so I'll take your suitcase to breakfast room etc etc not helped . Take the suggestion as it is not a complaint as the hotel management was also not nice at all the breakfast room was also non smoking
