★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanları kibar fakat seyahat çok sarsıntılıydı. Diğer otobüs firmalarıyla yaptığım yolculuklar daha konforluydu. Yemek ve ihtiyaç molası verdiği yerler fena değil. Mecbur kalırsanız tercih edebileceğiniz bir firma.
Staff are polite but travel was very rough. My journeys with other bus companies were more comfortable. The places where food and need breaks are not bad. A company you can choose if you have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ay önce İzmirden Elazığa olan seyehat hakikatten kaliteliydi. Koltuklar arası mesafe konforu üst düzeyde tutuyordu. Vize zamanım olan bugünlerde yapacağım seyehat için yer ayırttım, istedigim tarihten bir gün sonrasına yapmış görevli hanımefendi. İçine düştüğüm sıkıntı tarif edilemez. Hata insana mahsus ama hizmet ve kalite anlayışı bu olmamalı.
The trip from Izmir to Elazig 2 months ago was really high quality. The distance between the seats kept the comfort at a high level. I made a reservation for the trip I will make these days, which is my visa time, the lady on duty made it one day after the date I requested. The distress I fell into is indescribable. Error is human, but this should not be the understanding of service and quality.

I'm traveling between Ankara and Malatya, I have never seen such a bad company. On the 8-hour journey, the assistant did not even deliver tea and coffee.. no interest .. when the person in front tilts the seat, you travel bent double, I regret getting on.

There is no problem in the company, but the driver and Mavin are very rude, they do not help the floor in any way, they say if their customers come to you, I am officially traveling to Ankara, unfortunately, I regret it a lot.
