 They greet the customer very kindly at the entrance, how can I help, and then they showed me the room, the room is large, comfortable, clean hot water is running, the internet is working, when I go down again, they ask if you need anything, they ask if there is anything I can help with. It's a great hotel, the only problem is that the hair dryer heats up and turns off quickly, I definitely recommend it, affordable price, number ten, five stars ?

Price benefit analysis 10 points Although the hotel is old, it is clean and comfortable. It has an agreement with the parking lot on 1 upper street. Breakfast is normal. I visited 5 different cities in 10 days with my wife. If you want a cheap but clean hotel, I recommend it. Note; the carpets in the rooms should be changed now the carpet era is over

The rooms are large, nice, the staff is friendly, the price performance is not bad, but the internet was very bad, it needs to be overhauled, like the bonya drain is clogged. Breakfast is good.

Personel oldukça ilgiliydi. özellikle resepsiyondaki bayan çok güler yüzlü müşteri ile nasıl konuşmasını bilen diksiyonu gayet iyi çok kibar bi Hanımefendi. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum.
We stayed at Gunay hotel on December 6th. We left quite satisfied. A very clean hotel. The breakfast was also quite sufficient and there is a clean living room. The staff was very engaged. especially the lady at the reception who knows how to talk to the customer is very friendly, very good diction, a very polite lady. I thank them very much.

I gave up staying because of the staff in the parking lot. No service. Why should I come to the car park 200 300 MT away? We pay money, our staff has to do it. And the attendant in the parking lot is very disrespectful
