★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat 11.50 de muhasebe servisi 2 bölümünde hiç kimse yoktu. Yetkili birisi telefonla ulaşıp çağırttı ve gelen muhasebeci pişkin pişkin bu saate niye kaldınız diyor :) . Öğlen yemeğine 10 dk kala kimse kalmıyor.
At 11.50 o'clock, there was no one in the 2 departments of accounting service. Someone in charge called and called by phone, and the incoming accountant says why did you stay at this time :). Nobody is left 10 minutes before lunch.

Ulaşımın kolay bir yerde. Modern tasarımı ile göz dolduruyor.Dış cephe işlemeleri binanın görüntüsünü görsel bir şölene çeviriyor. Genel olarak personel herhangi bir konuda yardımcı olmak için istekli görünüyor. Elazığ a yakışıyor. İşlerinizi hızlıca bitirmenizi diliyorum.

In an easy place for transportation. It attracts attention with its modern design. The façade works turn the image of the building into a visual feast. In general the staff seems willing to help with any matter. It suits Elazig. I wish you to finish your works quickly.

It is not very important that the building is new, it is important how the service quality is. It doesn't exist, it's already classic public. The general problem of Elazig is that it is impossible to reach public institutions by telephone.
