Elazığ Bursa İskender Kebabçısı

It is a place I go to after seeing the advertisement, hoping to eat Alexander, which I have been eating at the same place for many years, here. The cut of meat is fine, but perhaps unfortunately the meat was burnt and dry (even though I was gone at lunchtime). There is even a dry residue from the bread under İskender, the sauce is untouched. The sauce pattern is mediocre overall there is a salt deficiency issue. You can't taste the butter. Not every doner is doner. Hazelnut lahmacun was nice, salads and appetizers are not number one, although I said bottle of coke and fanta, the box came, I didn't send it back. But lack. I don't know how the other dishes are, but frankly, I'm not curious. Personally, I would give 2 points out of 10 to Iskender. There is no need to be fooled by the advertisement and the name and go to eat Alexander. I continue to the old place.

Very good taste in terms of prices normal service was a bit bad

I wanted Bursa kebab (iskender) and ayran. Bursa kebab was good. I can say you can try another place for Iskender. Their ayran was also a sour/bitter mix. It didn't suit my taste. But it's a nice clean place.

Among the places I went to in Elazig, Alexander is my favorite place. Their understanding of service is very good and their presentation is also very good, such places should be opened in Elazig. In terms of price, it is quite good compared to the average service provided.

I was not at all satisfied with the food and the service provided in this restaurant that I went to at around 11.30 am today. The rice and potatoes that were brought were cold and stale. Portions were much smaller than they should have been. The appetizers were on broken plates. The fact that he did not change my plate by ignoring me, the customer, even though I explained the situation to the chef, is an indication of how far this establishment is from professionalism. These unprofessional behaviors made me very sad. I definitely do not recommend. If you do not want to experience similar experiences, I would not recommend you to go.
