Rooms are small, little bit dark. Food and service is very good, pools are awesome and many of them, excellent with water loving kids.

Very good Room Service. The Rooms are very clean. The food is very delicious. The Service at the a la Cart Restaurant is very quick end good. Very good shows every day something new it is never boring always something new very well organized i am really amazed. The only thing that was a pity is that the people from the reception do not give good information and are very snooty. The Team Kids club are very nice and friendly.

Maybe the best vacation I had ever. The resort is big enough to have walks, to spend time doing different activities. You really don't need to get outside it. The staff is perfect, from friendly to willing to make your stay memorable. The rooms are big, clean and have everything you need during your stay. There are 4 different restaurants with specific food, so you are not going to eat the same thing during a week. The main restaurant with the swedish buffet changes plates everyday. You have many pools with great water, so if the sea is not offering what you want, you can always have a swim. You can ask for food or drinks at the pool or beach. I was simply amazed that everything just works and I will certainly come back here!

very good value for the money paid - very good entertainment, very good quality drinks and food, very good service and extraordinary attitude from staff. they really try to make you relaxed and comfortable. it’s the second time we were here and they got even better. I don’t know who they can make the sea water clear, but it would be the cherry from the top off the cake.

Best Belek experience ever The hotel is great and really deserves to be a five-star hotel. The conditions were very good, food was delicious. We are happy with the atmosphere in the hotel. Many activities for kids and adults and healthy vacation for the mind and body. Guest relations are very welcoming and helpful during the stay and offering to help and are very well aware of the hospitality business and client satisfaction. Pool and beach was very clean, and everything was provided, fun places for kids and teens, also adults. A special mention for Derya very friendly person with an amazing character very helpful Almost forgot to tell that it’s very family friendly.

Rooms are clean. the staff is concerned but should be a little more friendly. The restaurant is poor, the variety is less, the food taste is not enough. The pools are beautiful. Indoor pool is a bit small. Children's playgrounds are partially adequate. The waterpark is relatively small. Bars have enough variety. Non-restaurant snack areas are almost nonexistent.

Pro: - helpful and friendly staff, always interested in hearing your opinion - good or bad and asking if you're enjoying yourself, if you have a nice holiday and so on - spotless clean - kids' amenities in the room: bathrobes (differentiated by gender - i was highly impressed that they paid attention to my kids' names and we found a pink and a blue one), slippers and toiletries and a few other things. - pillow menu - i'm super fussy when it comes to my pillows and it felt great to be able to choose the perfect one. - the fact that it's a hotel on the smaller side, that makes you feel nice and cozy. It doesn't take forever to go from your room to the beach, for example. - beach cabanas. My God, I wish I was super rich and afford them every single day. You have a designated waiter and just push a button and call whenever you need something. It had a fridge, a sofa, bean bags and outlets to charge your phone. Super comfy! You feel like a king! Or Pasha :) - the cleaning lady always made my day for smiling and she seemed happy to see us and the kids. If she was cleaning another room and heard us on the hallway, she went outside just to say hello. Very nice lady! I'm so sorry I forgot her name! - great WI-FI. it works great everywhere, even on the beach Con: - food diversity (maybe because of COVID-19). Everything was super tasty, but not that many to choose from and i don't think there was any fish or sea food in the main restaurant's buffet. - kids' club was closed 2 hours/day for disinfection. It was open from 10 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm, but my kids still nap in the afternoon, so they only had like 4 hours/day to play there and enjoy great activities, because then it was closed again. After 7 pm you could go there, but the was no staff to supervise the children. - kids pool could definitely have a bigger and more interesting slides. - for families with kids who wake up really early, it would have been amazing to have a bar near the pool/beach open before 10am. - ants in the room. This drove me crazy all 12 nights we stayed there. They were crawling on my kids at night and because there were so many, it was gross. - no shows in the amphitheater, but some entertainment at the pool bar for an hour or so, but the space was too small and the volume too high, so it wasn't a very pleasant atmosphere. Plus, some guests received blankets, others not. Even if there are more cons than pros on the list, we had such a pleasant vacation, that we will definitely return to Ela this year as well. We felt "like home". :)
