Keine deutschsprachige Reiseleitung erhalten, obwohl diese explizit gebucht wurde. Außerdem musste man 2 Stunden des Tages in einem teuren Juwelierkomplex mit aufdringlichen Verkäufern verbringen. Pure Zeitverschwendung.

A great service very helpful. We missed our tour to Pamukkale and they really helped to reschedule the trip. The fishing trip was excellent. The captain cooked our catch for us all. ?Happy Dayz?

Even the first impression wasn't the best. Unfortunately this has continued during the whole day. We booked a trip to Pamukkale and should pay 15€ per person more than it was shown at the website. Honestly it was still cheap so we agreed on a price. The bus arrived 20 minutes earlier at our hotel. Of course this is better than waiting for the bus but we needed to wait around 15minutes at every hotel we stopped at. Nobody (except us) was wearing a mask in the bus! The breakfast was quite poor but I hadn't expect a lot for the price. First stop at Salda See was disappointing. I dont't know if we stopped there too early in the morning but there was no ,turkish maledives' feeling. At the website it is written that they don't have shopping excursions. But we stopped at a local shop for wine tasting. It wasn't that bad but it is still a lie at the website.... The guide asked if we wan't to go to Cleopatra Pool or to a mineral pool for 12€ (by the way Cleopatra Pool just costs 10€ when you buy a ticket on site). Some people from the bus wanted to go to the mineral pool. The guide didn't mention before that all passengers need to wait for 1 hour at the pool which was really cheeky! It was just a waist of time! This time could have been spend better at Pamukkale or even better going to Salda See at a better day time! The way back was very long because the bus needed a lot of time to stop at the hotels in Side. Would have been better driving straight to Alanya and using small busses for the passengers from Side.
