★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doğal un, doğal maya, içi hamur kalmayarak güzel pişmiş ekmek. Bol çeşit. Buradan alınan ekmek asla israf olmaz. Kısacası kuruluşun sahipleri bu işi biliyorlar. Bu fırını tanımadan önce çok fırın gezdim. Söz gelimi 20 dakikada pişmesi gereken ekmeği 10 dakikada pişirip içini hamur bırakıyorlar. Sonuçta ekmek çabuk bayatlayıp israfı daha çok oluyor. 4-5 yıldır bu fırından ekmek alırım. Bu tür hataları görmedim.

I visited many bakeries before I knew this bakery. For example, they bake the bread that needs to be baked in 20 minutes in 10 minutes and leave the dough inside. As a result, bread goes stale quickly and is wasted more. I have been buying bread from this bakery for 4-5 years. I have not seen such errors.
