There are no words to say about the place. Every place is very well done. We came for the World Circus program, there are too many children and there is a flood of people everywhere. In this case, accidents can happen. A child spilled popcorn. The lady on duty asked if there was a staff who spilled corn here, she said I am not a cleaner, she left. We told another security guard lady, we came as support, she said and left. This is a great impudence, if all the security guards of this company are like this, it means they have never been trained. It is not very difficult to tell an officer and ask for it to be cleaned, moreover, everyone was standing idly by the security guards during which the entrance is closed, there must be someone in charge of cleaning in this cultural center (if there isn't one, it's more pathetic) it shouldn't be hard to say or find.

It is a place where you can watch a show, play or comedy show without getting bored with a nice spacious environment, sound and light system. It is another beauty to watch Tolga Çevik, especially in such an environment.

It took a long time to build, but it was not what we expected. There is no parking problem, but there is a long wait as it is not connected to alternative roads at the exit.

First of all, it was a necessary platform for Kayseri. I think the sound system of a newly built clean spacious environment is very nice. My criticism is that if you are going to buy tickets for the concert, first of all, apart from the A and B blocks, it is not really worth the money you pay. We bought it from C block unknowingly as it was my first time going. They have placed a corridor 2.5 meters between B and C blocks, so unfortunately, a person sitting in the front of C cannot see half of the stage ? a ton of people pass in front of you, you don't get any pleasure when you say officers, security, guests etc. Try to stand up so that I can take a little photo or something (I'm not talking about standing in front of anyone, even on the side stairs) a security immediately appears next to you. Forbidden. What a ridiculous thing, maybe there is no one to dance at the concert, the security is not protecting you, it feels like they are protecting the hall from you. Apart from these, beautiful God forbid it's absent

The place is nice but the organization is bad. It is written on the ticket that there will be a seating arrangement according to the pandemic, but because of the love of selling more tickets, everyone sat on top of each other because of the unnumbered and irregular sales. Even the stairs were full.

It is a new and very beautiful, quite large venue. However, they are buying into the cultural center at the difference between Biletix and Paso. As can be seen in the photo, those who buy tickets from Biletix have to wait in an extremely long line, while the Paso entrance queue is waiting empty. For this reason, events can start as late as 45 minutes :(

The hall only serves the A and B sections. Get well soon if you bought tickets from section C at any event. During the event, everyone, including security guards, officials, and other people who come to the event, will do their best to prevent you from passing in front of you and closing your view and following the event in a healthy way. Do not buy tickets other than Sections A and B, do not buy tickets for other sections and waste your money.
